MyIM3 Revamp

MyIM3 is a mobile app that contains digital services and information about Indosat products, one of the most established telecommunication provider in Indonesia.

UI wise, myIM3 design has improved in recent years, but still looks too cluttered. Also, it’s UX felt too complex, especially in balance and package purchasing. With the rise of competitors, an overhaul feels long overdue to help ensure that myIM3 can remain competitive in the long run.
