Browse Mode

Exploring a "browse mode" for the block editor in WordPress. We wanted to allow a way for users to navigate their site while still within the block editor. But when in "edit mode" the user can only edit their links, not use them to navigate. Adding a "browse mode" allows the user to click through links in their site to jump to other areas.
