Signup Page Design

I had to re-design ClockShark's old signup page (last shot) with reference to their brand guidelines and this is what I came up with. I made two different versions, a full-page view and a pop-up view, cause I am also a marketer and you know A/B testing is a thing. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
