🎪 Lattice Virtual Conference
Each year, Lattice, organises a conference for HR leaders.
With the massive impact of Covid-19 on work practices, it was important for us to maintain the event in 2020 to support the comminty,
We wanted to provide valuable interactions and experiences – beyond disembodied ‘classic’ streaming format – for our attendees but also for the 40 panelists involved (among them Trevor Noah, Ed Catmull) and our sponsors.
During my research, my intention was to design an inclusive online safe-space, a 3D warm environment, intentionally different from reality.
Building such a small village was pure joy, especially taking care of each detail of it.
This whole new universe was quite exciting, featuring forward-thinking keynotes as well as booths for sponsors, yoga classes and even puppy cams.
With over 40k participants registered online, the Resources for Humans Virtual Conference was a huge success thanks to the amazing Latticians.
Being the biggest online event organised around HR topics, it helped us to stand out as a leader in the People Strategy market and also to boost the company’s sales.
Given the current context, we might go even further for the next online conferences editions, and I’m looking forward to working on these new ones!
