In 2020 we helped one of our clients with building a customer experience tool where companies can build a lifecycle.

With a lifecycle, you are able to structure customer experience metrics and other customer data into one model.

In this design, you see one of the ideas we had on how people can bundle contact reasons (dots) to a phase (second circle)

While you add new variables on the left side of the interface you can see how your lifecycle comes to life.

The amount of data is pretty intense, our goal was to make it simple in order to give people the confidence to build complex models.
