Geometry of red

In 2020, Belarus introduces laws that prohibit hanging on the windows of their houses and apartments canvases with a white-red-white flag. If we abstract from politics, then any flag is a combination of colors and shapes. The project "Geometry of Red" ironically plays on these notes of the law. The set consists of basic shapes: - a circle - rectangle - square - triangle. If sanctions are applied to you for a red geometric figure on a white background, does it mean that hanging canvases with symbols depicting a red circle on a white background can get you an arrest or a fine?
