Roospas Loyalty app - Digital Pass

For Smart City Roosendaal, we're iteratively creating the ROOS24 app. The app is a store-owner driven digital customer-loyalty platform that connects store-owners and customers. We started out with the basics, the must-haves: digitizing the physical saving card and basic loyalty program.

Next up in the development cycles are more personalised and innovative features, that will strengthen the bonds between store-owners and customers even more. This communal approach to improve the shopping quality in the city center is unique in the Netherlands.
