#4 - BECOME A VEGETARIAN
Let's become a 100% vegetarian. Although this is not easy because of the eating habits in family or many other factors, let's eat plants continuously for at least 21 days to get more benefits from transformation. Ignoring the obstacles, try your best to complete this exercise without neither giving up nor blaming. What we eat affects our mind, and the quality of the food determines your emotions. You might feel eating meat delicious, but it contains a lot of suffering of animals. This lowers your vibrations and makes you not be able to transform. Don't be guided by your habit, the pure energy will be very important to your spiritual path.
