D&D Item: Ancient Parchment

The "Doctor's Note", to the bearer anyway, is merely a blank piece of old parchment. To the unsuspecting guard, however, it shows exactly the credentials needed to get into a place of interest—a high-level security area perhaps?

Dungeons & Dragons is way more fun with the occasional Doctor Who reference ;). I created this item for my upcoming Home-Brew campaign using solely Procreate!
