Fitness App

I got inspired by a fitness plan I have been following for a couple of months (needing to get rid of the quarantine kilos 🙃).

I added a few features that would be relevant to me to smash the program:
🗓 Overview of my day with meals and workout ready in the homepage.
🍎 Grocery list functionality: it's really time-consuming to write food lists. It would be much easier to add ingredients directly from the recipes.
💪Adding a warm up video before each workout, because I ALWAYS forget to warm up and I risk to injure myself every time.
