The Young Boss is a 25-30-hour a week paid job-training program designed for young people to gain essential career readiness skills needed in today’s workforce.. Youth who complete YB will show the drive and skills required to move forward will be able to create their own start-up business if they desire. Participants will be mentored by local entrepreneurs in job skills needed to successfully run their own business. There are five positions open to the public this year.
