Cash Loan | George Store
Hi people!
I am happy to share with you a part of how the products in George Store (a virtual store where you can contract or buy Erste Bank's products) were created, or what we had in mind when we developed them, which are now presented to the public through George, the pan-European platform that transforms banking with digital g(e)orgeousness.
As a UX/UI designer I am honored to be a part of a great project and I am particularly grateful I had the opportunuty to learn, colaborate and strive for better with my colleages from the Direct Channels Division in Erste Bank Croatia.
Finally, let's get to the point 😉
CASH LOAN #CaseStudy
The goal was to enable our users to contract a cash loan quickly and easily through George Store, Erste Bank’s new online store.
GET A LOAN IMMEDIATELY
What makes this product or service attractive and why customers opt for this type of loan is that it can be contracted at any time (if available to the user), immediately, without going to the branch, when it's urgent or simply needed. Therefore, the speed of contracting the cash loan comes first.
THE EXISTING PROCESS CAN BE SHORTENED AND OPTIMIZED
Looking at the existing process, we noticed that the amount of data and documents is not well structured, but the flow is generally good and with just a few changes the process can be optimized. We also realized that it is necessary to work on the copywrite in individual sections for clear communication.
GET A CASH LOAN IN JUST A FEW CLICKS
We have improved the copywrite as well as the layout, which is now more clean with emphasis on important elements. We put special emphasis on the usability of the loan calculator whereby the user calculates the amount of their monthly obligations to the creditor. Thanks to the logically arranged units, and the reduced steps, in just a few clicks it is possible to contract the quick loan, and the money immediately lands on the account of the recipient client. We received very positive feedback and comments afterwards.
See you in the Next Chapter! 🙂
