Empathy Map - An international student in Germany in lockdown

The theme of Design Thinking Lab in Summer Semester 2020 at RWTH Aachen University (in cooperation with Fraunhofer-Institut für Angewandte Informationstechnik FIT) was "Socialization in Lockdown".

After narrowing down the Research Scope and conducting Telephonic Interviews across the Empathize (Active and Passive) Phase, we performed a Thematic Analysis on our collected data, as a starting point for the Define Phase.

The content displayed herein showcases formulating an Empathy Map as part of the Data Modeling activity during the subsequent stages of the Define phase for my target group (Age: Tricenarian, 30-39 / Quadragenarian, 40-49; Marital Status: Single).
