Employee Performance Dashboard
Scope: Make it easy for supervisors to view and track each employee performance within a call center
Problem: It’s difficult to understand who is doing better compared to others or his own past performance
Solution: Each card shows one type of performance metric which can be turned into comparative data of his own past performance or another employee. The simplification of standard graphs/charts allowed a much cleaner and minimal dashboard that still conveys all vital metrics.
