The Nail Box Branding Suite

The Nail Box is a high end nail salon based in my hometown of Kitchener, Ontario.

I challenged myself to give my local nail salon a much needed refresh and I’m so pleased with how this little passion project came out! The logo was outdated, and I wanted to design something feminine and modern to reflect the high end experience. I selected pink and black as the main colour scheme — it’s girly but with an edge! The logo itself was inspired by the pop art movement of the 1960’s. To tie everything together, I created this super fun pattern based on items used in the salon. The end result is a bold and modern yet distinctly feminine identity.
