Onboarding 22seven customers, for long-term success

Here are some designs from the new 22seven onboarding experience which I have been working on with my team. The way I think about onboarding is that it is critical for every stage of a customer’s lifecycle – from the moment they learn about the product, to when they sign up, and thereafter throughout their engagement with the product. It's an all-encompassing process!

The steps you see here focused around the key activation moments, which we identified using data analytics, as being critical to our customer's success using 22seven.
