Cut-Throat: A Branding Project

This was a concept of a friend of a friend and a great barber. He has been cutting hair in his backyard shed since 2002 and was very talented.

He rarely charged and when he did it was very little, to him it was something he enjoyed doing as a hobby but never thought of it as means to support him and his family.

After COVID, a large population found themselves needing a new source of income, including James. He was always willing to help out anyone that needed it and now it was time that he was offered a hand.

As we sat in a friends garage watching MLB play-offs, we played around with ideas to help elevate his backyard hang-out into a prominent, profitable business.

This is the overall brand we ended up with and the name is going to be Cut Shop or Cut-Throat. James is still in the process of getting things together but he should be open for business by 2021. Great job James.
