Challenge: Create a lifecycle email campaign to remind paid subscribers of premium product features and encourage more usage.
Role played: Content writing, creative direction, email coding using HTML and Liquid logic
Insight: Communicate benefits of the premium product features by tying them to relevant learning science concepts.
Solution: Collaborate with the in-house learning scientist to select appropriate product features and corresponding learning science concepts. Develop creative assets to illustrate product features. Include a custom slice to recommend a feature that the user has not used previously.
