The Cross Brings Life

To me, the Christmas season is all about celebrating when grace appeared and God came to earth to be born as a humble infant, to live the perfect life with no sin that I could not live, to substitute himself and die the death I should have died as punishment for my sin against a holy and righteous God, to rise from the dead and defeat death, and to live in heaven where he now waits until his return.

The cross of Jesus is the only thing that brings life within a dark, dying, and evil world.
