1. People want to know how far they have come after their series of workout
2. People want to know how much they get from a workout
3. People need a direction to achieve their goals, they realize unstructured workout won't be enough
4. People also realize that exercise will not be useful if we are still eating unhealthy foods
5. In terms of searching behavior, usually people looking for a certain type of workouts like cardio or yoga, or else searching for one particular instructor e.g. Chloe Ting because they already feel matched with her video.
Then I determined the solution which is the following features:
1. My progress - Showing calories they burned in range of time, time spent, and daily goals
2. Explore - User can get recommendations and see trending workouts. Users can filter for certain keywords and looking for available instructors.
3. Challenge - User can choose their pathway within a certain period of workout to achieve a goal.
4. Meal Ideas - Provide a recipe for healthy foods
