Project 640 Logo

Logo for fictional organization Project 640 which is dedicated to preserving and preventing the privatization of the 640 million acres of public land within the United States. This land includes our National and State parks and is being sold off by the government for oil drilling, fracking, and mining and is at risk of total dissolution.

This logo was inspired by the National Parks Unigrid brochure design system established in 1977 which brought cohesion to a previously disorganized system of design. Thick lines, Helvetica, and flat color are characteristics of Bauhaus and Swiss International logotypes which were also popular during this time.
