Talk Drive, a new test-drive schedule experience, allowed consumers to have contact with one of the car’s main features, MBUX technology with voice control, encouraging them to interact with the product before they even knew it. One of the biggest challenges was the voice processing in Portuguese, since current systems have low success rates in identifying intentions in this language.

The experience increased the number of visits on the website by 4.000, while reaching 354.000 users and setting a 1.7M record in adds visualized.
