Web design for client that rent out luxury offices

Company Description:
We offer a selection of luxury offices with great prices in Los Angeles. Our target audience is people with a higher-class income. We want to convey a sense of security, while at the same time being calm.

Job Description:
Create a website that will mainly make it easy to contact the company. The goal is to increase search rankings on the website.

Requirements for a successful delivery:
- Wireframe
- design system
- visual design

Problem solve:
How do we ensure that visitors find their dream office within 3 clicks on the website?

Wireframe:
Wireframing is a quick and effective way to identify usability issues early on in the design process. The client had a specific question. He wants a dream office to be found within 3 clicks. To accomplish this, the text must be optimized to manage the customer journey on the website. That is why it navigates to different CTAs. Moreover, the wireframe ensures that it is clear to both the designer and the client which customer journey the visitor will go through. As a result of a wireframe, the design process runs efficiently.

Design System:
By using a Design System, the client can post new content that fits the style of the website. The design system contains a shared library of reusable components and guidelines. The Design System becomes of huge importance for companies to weigh benefits and challenges, to understand the return on investment of implementing their own Design System.

Visual Design:
As a final step, the client receives the visual design. This makes it immediately visible what the website will ultimately look like. I make all designs responsive and make consistent use of content elements so that the developers know exactly what to do. A clear design accelerates the process in the development phase, allowing the website to go live faster.
