Through analysis, research, interviews and data collecting I understood that one of the top complaints amongst doctors, physicians, nurses and patients is the way that the Electronic Health Records system is organized.

Unstructured data and difficult time-consuming paperwork make it difficult to locate patient records and frustrating to interact with the current EHR system.
Instead of listening to patients, doctors spend most of the time completing EHR tasks, and nurses spend huge amounts of time recording large amounts of information and completing documentation.
