Our final design for the Discidius interface. Discidius is an AI and speech-recognition based solution, developed especially for call-centers and customer care.
What do you think about our design? On this screen you can see a call detail, which contains chat - which is actually a call breakdown into text, engagement, participation and other important overviews, such as dominant emotion or call energy.
