Counter Culture Coffee

Continuing my work with Counter Culture Coffee we engaged in an exhaustive project in search of a supporting mark to accompany their existing type treatment. My processes began with the idea of 'enlightenment' by coffee, referencing both the effects it has on a person but also the positive impact the company has by working closely with growers. Second was an idea of input and output, something semi-scientific and geeky in its approach. Third was an embracing of counter or alternative perspectives as being necessary in any society–a play between positive and negative forms which complete each other. This is a very small sample of work.
