#3: King Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)
Yoga is a great way to balance out the body after hours of working in front of a screen. In this series I’m featuring some of my favourite poses.
Third Shot: One-legged King Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana). Benefits: Stretches the entire front of the body, strengthens the back, and improves the posture.
