The impact of covid on fitness was huge. Digital fitness came to our rescue, but it had its own set of drawbacks. We no longer had access to a highly motivated gym environment. Instead, we had to pick a corner of our house that we stayed in the whole day and workout. Losing interest and procrastinating workouts was an obvious response to that.
This was a stab towards retaining the user in his workout through different psychologies: social, motivational, nostalgia, inspirational, gamification, etc
