Designer Monochromatic #2

I wanted to make another monochromatic designer illustration -- this is Liferay's very own Product Design Manager, Paul Hanaoka. He lives near the beach so I wanted to include that as his background. I don't think this is as successful as the first illustration, but hopefully we'll hit our groove by the third or fourth one. Cheers.
