#2: Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
Yoga is a great way to balance out the body after hours of working in front of a screen. In this series I’m featuring some of my favourite poses.
Second Shot: Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana, or Feathered Peacock Pose). Benefits: Stretches and strengthens the shoulders, arms, core, and chest, increases balance and proprioception, and improves overall circulation.
