Video Conferencing SaaS Design

Hi Folks,
This Web App is intended for Long-Term Care Centers (LTC) in Canada. A facility would buy this SaaS to automate and streamline the process of scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating virtual visits for residents living in LTC. The family member would log on to our website, sign in, and be able to schedule, message, and video conference seamlessly with their loved ones living in LTC. On the other end, a healthcare worker would log in to manage appointments, manage messaging, and facilitate video calls.
