QuickBooks Data Transfer

It’s moving time! When a self employed business is expanding to a small business, QuickBooks can help with that. Our customers package up their data and transfer over to a QuickBooks Online account, where they can add employees, run payroll and continue to grow!

Upon the customer submitting their data transfer, it might take anywhere from 5-20 seconds to complete. So we created this storytelling loading animation to decrease perceived waiting time.

Watch the second video to see a glimpse into how we implemented the animation. We created the animation in After Effects, exported with the Bodymovin plugin, and control the playback with Lottie and JavaScript. Also known as magic!
