Designed in the Urnes Viking knotwork style, this concept is constructed to resemble the highly detailed and intricate woven patterns found in much of the art and jewelry of the wealthy Nordic people. The icon itself resembles many motifs you would find decorating everthing from clothes to the interior of the Main Hall of the King.
