Get Grounded

Grounding is a simple mindfulness technique that pulls you back to earth when you’re having anxious thoughts or challenging emotions. This design is one of many in a themed design series specifically targeting healthy habits for the coming year.

These techniques bring you to the present moment using your 5 senses to help you move through distress. One way to practice this is to simply breathe deeply and notice the sensation of your breath in your body.
