Delivery package info autofill

Most merchants delivered packages with similar content, size, weight, and remarks. We tested a prototype with autofill for the package info input. However, most merchants didn't find it useful when compared to their stronger pain points.

After the feedback, we decided to park this idea and focus on other opportunities instead. During one of our interviews, we observed a client placing real orders on the app and noticed that they were using the native keyboard shortcuts to fill in the package info page faster. This prompted us to ship the autofill and reuse order features.

After shipping the package info autofill, time spent on the page reduced by 14% on mobile, and 23% on web. Reuse order contributed to a 93% increase in orders placed.
