Rennard Strickland Lecture Official Wordmark Logo

I was tasked with creating the official wordmark logo for an annual lecture given at the law school. I took design elements from a painting that was gifted to the Law School by Dean Strickland, which had been used in most previous marketing campaigns for the event.
