For the past three years, I feel deep into the aquarium hobby. One single betta tank turned into two then it kept going from there. I changed my Instagram handle and started a TikTok (@aguascape) to start posting my content. I've found the hobby to be quite therapeutic and I thought I'd share some of the processes on how the tanks themselves come together.

From the wood and stone for the hardscape to the plants and aquatic pets, there's so much to learn and I've found myself applying a lot of design principles when I start a new tank.

Anyway the logo took maybe a half hour from sketch to finished product. It was one of those instances where I saw it in my head and I had to get it down on paper and into Illustrator.
