Audiobook app design

I love listening audiobooks but I don’t like the ui/ux of current audiobook apps (storytel, scribd etc..) so I decided to design a one.⁣

✨ Book reading is highly connected with habit creating, so it’s an amazing field for implementing personalization and gamification. ⁣
⁣
✨ Bookmarking a section and bookmarks should be important and easily accessible.⁣
⁣⁣
✨ Literally every single book cover includes the name of the book and the author. So in the player, instead of writing the name of the book and the author, we can use that fields for more useful values, such as chapter name and the progress. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✨ Since it’s an audiobook, for the convience of navigation, the chapter/section list should be easly accessible in the player.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I really enjoyed working on an audiobook project, I might design the other screens as well in the future 🙌🏻
