Consumers have a wide range of options when it comes to ingredient-and-recipe meal kit services, driving Mishima Reserve to find a way to stand apart. My team at Revel explored Mishima’s existing offering and in the process uncovered new opportunities to enrich the customer experience. What resulted was a quickly executed proposal with our recommendations for simple, yet impactful changes Mishima Reserve could make to expand and enhance its meal kit service.
