Every once in a while I get to share some of my knowledge with the next generation of designers and creatives. Most recently I got to share my story with the Chicago chapter of IxDF. I talked about the job search, resumes, portfolios, and interviewing from my perspective as a hiring manager. The group was fantastic and asked great questions.
