OneWord

I designed this app with my team at my first hackathon with Childish Gambino. There were no restraints, but our goal was to create something to be accessed from the existing concert app and relate it to the tour design, One app and Wordpress (hackathon sponsors)—all in eight hours. The concept is to allow the users to feel a sense of ownership and connectedness with other fans and Gambino by submitting one word on their turn, creating a series of 50-word freestyles to be performed by Childish at the show. Users get their own Wu Tang-generated rap name (a nod to the beginning of Gambino's rap career) and are able to specify BPM and time signature preferences.
