Usually, I would say I hope that a product will have as many users as possible, not in this case. Vigo is a software application that helps recover from a stroke with digital therapy. Behind UI, works a team of doctors who prepares a personalized plan for each user. The goal of the product is to offer treatment to those who do not have them.

Problem 🤔

The application got negative feedback from users about accessibility and overall aesthetics. Based on information from user interviews and usability tests, we hypothesized that users were not able to successfully finish tasks and find specific information.

Goal 🎯

Improve the overall usage of Vigo app and increase user engagement.
