A look at three different outputs for my client's – a healthcare startup – payment estimate screen.

If both a cash price & insurance rate estimate are available, users will make a selection & see one of the top two options.

If the procedure isn't covered by insurance, users will find that the cash price is auto-selected alongside a disabled insurance button.
