Store Visitors reached half a million visitors and was expected to grow, Coster decided that they needed to rethink the sales person experience.
We worked in close collaboration with the sales team at Royal Coster Diamond Amsterdam through the design thinking to the testing phase, to digitally transform their sales experience.
The result is a secure easy to use, sales, and invoicing app that is currently being used storewide.
