LucyDashboard™ - User Interface redesign

As a part of my projects at LucyPlatforms, I completely redesigned our Saas Dashboard for the diamond industry members. The original dashboard was built by talented engineers but without any design help.
First, I research satisfied and unsatisfied customers and talked to them about the dashboard, then I conducted requirements/restrictions meetings with the team members, Designed a new style guide, and fixed broken/ unplanned user flows.
