Couple of weeks ago i had a chance to watch CrossFit competition in my town. It was the first time i saw one live and i found it be absolutely incredible seeing both man & women go to their very limits. I was slightly surprised by the feeling that i had when i saw women athletes absolutely killing it.💪👏 As i was watching them i felt proud and genuinely happy for them, i wanted each and one of them to succeed to a point that i found myself cheering for them ( i am usually a very quiet person). 🤐
