Redesigning a webpage with multiple design problems that were causing user confusion.

Identifying the problem is the first step to tackle the issue. Without user interviews, any analysis could be just educated guess but here is what I gathered without any data. It's also worth reading complains to get user feedback.

Remember: since the smartphone revolution your product's brand is no longer only a logo, it's the user experience; and you don't want your brand to be associated with a bad user experience!
