Complex Business Make Simple logo concept

I was working on this logo for an ex-colleague and friend of mine, a pro business developer. He asked to prepare a logo for his new business, a presentation series called Complex Business Made Simple. A bit complex name to visualize, but hey, who's not up for challenges? 😀
With this concept, I was trying to combine a tie and an arrow, implying the forward direction, growth, and of course business.
