Porta Caeli - Logo & pattern concept

Take a look at this concept I made a few weeks back. The logo is for a modern age Mountain sports travel organization called 'Porta Caeli'.

The logomark consists out of 4 elements:
1. Mountains (Because of the mountain sports aspect of the company.)
2. A gate (because the company name means 'gate to heaven'
3. Travel flight/airplane lines. (Because of the travel organization services.)
4. An Abstract heartbeat. (Because adrenaline is a big aspect of mountain sports.)

By combining these elements in the logomark, the new Porta Caeli logo has become perfectly suited for the target audience. The modern/minimalistic look makes sure that Porta Caeli will be able to use this brand identity in the long run.
