A great product or service works well, it doesn’t just look good. Many UX issues are invisible. They need to be used to be discovered first through prototyping.
I never do wireframes, sketches. I start in a high-fidelity and move fast through the series of feedback loops.
No product has become successful just by having polished, beautiful wireframes (that you can usually see on Instagram) or ideally drawn sketches.
Do. The work. Iterate.
There are no shortcuts.
